“Yes. I want to go”- Teenage midfielder confirms his readiness to join Chelsea
Young Dynamo Moscow midfielder Arsen Zakharyan stated his desire to join Chelsea on the Komment Show, via a tweet from Fabrizio Romano, and he did not rule out the possibility of a loan move.
Throughout the summer transfer window, the Blues were close to signing the player. He has a release clause of £12.6 million, which, if met, would allow him to move to any European team.
However, FIFA-imposed limitations on recruiting players from Russian teams prevented Chelsea from signing him owing to the present situation in Russia.
The fact that they are not given up hope and will attempt again in January is disclosed.

Given the foregoing remarks, it is evident that Zakharyan wishes to join Chelsea as soon as feasible.
It remains unclear if this transaction will be feasible in January or in the future. If he comes to west London, the improvement of the situation in Russia could be one of the contributing elements.
The 19-year-old is one of Europe’s top young prospects, capable of playing in any position across attacking midfield and advanced central midfield. He is inventive with the ball, adept at entering the box, possesses a good shooting, and works hard off the ball.
