Video of Dejan Kulusevski at Bournemouth has surfaced, and Tottenham supporters should be ecstatic
Dejan Kulusevski is recovering from an injury and given Tottenham supporters hope for his return on Saturday.
Saturday, Tottenham traveled to the South Coast to face Bournemouth.
Before Tottenham woke up and turned the game on its head, Kieffer Moore’s brace gave Bournemouth a 2-0 lead and had them in control.
Ryan Sessegnon began the comeback before Ben Davies equalized with a header.
Given Tottenham’s predicament, a 2-2 draw wouldn’t have been horrible, but Rodrigo Bentancur sprang up with a last-second winner for Spurs.
This comeback will have cheered Tottenham supporters everywhere, especially in light of recent defeats.
It may sound absurd following a three-goal performance, but Tottenham’s open-play offensive is still quite lackluster.
Richarlison and Dejan Kulusevski’s absences due to injury hinder Antonio Conte’s efforts.
Since suffering a hamstring injury while on international duty with Sweden in September, Kulusevski has not played again.
Kulusevski’s return appeared likely when he was spotted training with the first team nearly three weeks ago.
Tottenham supporters are concerned that Kulusevski would not play before the World Cup break due to a setback he sustained.
Kulusevski did travel to Bournemouth and was warming up on the field prior to kickoff.
Tom Allnutt of the Press Association tweeted a video of Kulusevski jogging half the length of the field during a “intense” workout.
At Bournemouth #thfc. Kulusevski doing a pretty intense fitness session here. Has done about 30 lengths of the half-pitch now, with maybe 10 secs rest in between. He looks alright. pic.twitter.com/Hbp8xxtz03

Teammates of Tottenham who were participating in the game were being put through their paces as Kulusevski worked alone in front of them.
We cannot claim that Kulusevski appeared fit and fluid here; he appeared stiff and, eventually, as if he were still nursing an injury.
Kulusevski made the long journey down to the Vitality Stadium, and fans are hopeful that this is just another step towards the Swede’s return to action, which cannot come soon enough.
Spurs need Kulusevski’s skill and creativity in the final third, so if this fitness session prior to Saturday’s victory brings him one step closer to immediate action, Spurs fans’ weekend just got much better.
