For over a decade, Manchester United and Real Madrid have always dominated the most valuable clubs standings. Real Madrid, who have won the champions League on a record 13 times have been in the top of Forbes list of the most valuable football clubs on 5 occasions.
Manchester United, a 13 times Premier League winner have always dominated, being on top of the Forbes most valuable club in the world in 11 occasions for the past rankings.
Last year saw Real Madrid rule the world as the most valuable team in the world. This year, Los Blancos are no longer the most valuable club in the world. They have been knocked out of the top sport by Barcelona, despite the Catalans having to deal with financial issues.
