It is not a surprise to see Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo and Barcelona captain Lionel Messi being ranked in the top 10 players with the most trophies in their football career.
The Portuguese Ronaldo won the Italian Super Cup with Juventus in January before adding his first Coppa Italia trophy to his silverware cabinet on Wednesday after defeating Atalanta 2-1 in the final at the Citta del Tricolore.
Ronaldo has now taken his remarkable trophy tally to 34 in his exceptional playing career.
Meanwhile, Barcelona star Lionel Mess is continuing to add to his trophy collection as Barcelona lifted the Copa del Rey title this season.
Despite the fact that both Juventus and Barcelona have missed out on their particular league titles this season, Ronaldo and Messi are still increasing the rankings for players with the most trophies in their career.
Spanish newspaper Sport posted the top 10 in January ahead of Messi moving to second place alongside Barcelona legend Andres Iniesta and Maxwell.

The ranking at the top of the star-studded list is the former Barcelona star Dani Alves.
The 38-year-old Brazil international has garnered a monstrous 42 trophies in his fertile playing career, putting him five clear of Messi, Iniesta, and Maxwell.
Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs ranks fifth after amassing 36 trophies, while Liverpool icon Sir Kenny Dalglish and Barcelona defender Gerard Pique are on 35 trophies each.
