Three signings Man United wants to pursue after finalizing Jadon Sancho deal.
Manchester United are struggling hard to conclude the signing of Jadon Sancho but they need more than the Borussia Dortmund man to thrust a Premier League title challenge.
The Red Devils remain devoted to negotiations with Borussia Dortmund over a settlement for Jadon Sancho but should they get the move over the line, they will require more reinforcements.
While Sancho will supplement huge quality to their positions, United’s attack does not need much attention.
Sancho has been on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s radar for almost two years now and the club wants to get the deal done.
Talks are continuing with Dortmund and should United achieve a deal, their spending is unlikely to end there.
A center-back should be top of the agenda for United and the board need to sign a partner for Harry Maguire.
A defensive midfielder should also be on the plan and with that in mind, we can take a look at three possible transfer targets that the club should look to pursue.

Kalvin Phillips – Leeds
The Leeds man put himself in the shop window in England’s Euro 2020 opener with a magnificent performance.
At 25, he would also be an upgrade on United’s current choices in the center of the park.
He is athletic, tackles and can direct games supporting the attackers ahead of him to do the destruction going forward.
Phillips would serve a classic United signing during the days of Sir Alex Ferguson and plucking him away from Elland Road would unquestionably strengthen their spine.
Declan Rice – West Ham
Rice brings uniformity to England and West Ham and United could do with a composed figure like him.
He plays the ball short, he tackles and dictates from deep-lying midfield.
Fred and Scott McTominay have fascinated in spells with Rice is a steady and regular performer.
Not only that but he is now captain material at just 22.
With Chelsea also involved, it could be wise to beat their top-six rivals to the Hammers man
Pau Torres – Villarreal
A familiar face for United fans, who had to watch on as Pau Torres got himself a Europa League winners medal in Gdansk.
There is huge hope about the centre-back, who looks exceptionally composed on the ball and when defending.
His passing out from the back is perfect for United’s way of play and he would be an upgrade on Eric Bailly and Victor Lindelof.
Torres is expected to grow at Euro 2020 and his £45million valuation means he won’t cost as much as fellow targets Jules Kounde and Raphael Varane.
