Thomas Tuchel is an overachiever! Chelsea are different beasts!

Published on

Chelsea coach Thomas Tuchel is a beast who give opposition chances. The former PSG boss took over the reins at Stamford Bridge, replacing out of form Frank Lampard. Chelsea had lost a total of five games in their last eight games under Frank Lampard and were floundering at the ninth place in the Premier League table.

Tuchel Expertly setting is astonishing. How he made his impact at Chelsea to be felt instantly is something very few managers can achieve. Still to concede any defeat, the German has guided The Blues to 9 wins and two draws in all competitions, a result that has put Chelsea in the fourth position in the league with just 4 points separating them with 2nd placed Manchester United.

Chelsea have just conceded only twice since Tuchel took over at Chelsea. Out of these two goals, only one goal was from the opposition team while the other one was an own goal from Rudigar when Chelsea played against Sheffield United.

With crucial victories, Tuchel has established himself as an overachiever. Since taking over at Stamford Bridge, he has been able to see off Jose Mourinho, Jurgen Klopp and Diego Simeone, managers who are considered as heavyweights in the world.

At PSG, Tuchel was able to sweep a treble in 2019-2020 before guiding his team to a Champions League final. Will he replicate the same form at Chelsea? With the kind of qualities he has, it will not be a surprise for the Germany becoming a force to reckon with. He was quoted saying he is very hungry and his players are hungry too. I guess this hunger is what drives Chelsea to slaughter teams.
