10.Michail Gregory Antonio – Westham

Antonio is one of the most versatile Premiere league players. He can operate in both the left-wing, the right-wing, and upfront alone as a striker. The Westham coach once admitted to the press that he keeps him in the team due to his ability to play in several different positions.

9. Georginio Wijnaldum- Liverpool

The Dutch player is very selfless and very intelligent in his style of play.

Wijnaldum can play any central midfield role and can defend. Fans however don’t appreciate the much he offers to the team.

8.Joao Moutinho-Wolves

Moutinho’s ability to analyze the game and know what is required to give out the result is what makes him special. Fans try to charge him out of his direct goal contributions which don’t come easily. 

7.Mateo Kovacic-Chelsea

The energy and work rate exhibited by the Croatian international is on another level. Kovacic pressing in the middle third of the pitch relieves fellow midfielders of the defencing responsibilities and also provides the forwards with more chances once they recover possession. The player is often criticized for his scoring rather than his box-to-box work-rate.

6.Jordan Ayew- Palace

Jordan Ayew’s goal involvement at Palace demonstrates his pivotal role. His importance in attacking cannot be overlooked. His availability to the team since he joined them is impressive as he has never been sidelined from injuries. He is by far one of the most underrated strikers in the Premier League.

5.John McGinn- Aston Villa

John is often involved in deeper areas. He is a very talented tackler with excellent passing ability. His ability to read the game makes him possess killer instincts. However, his recognition is overshadowed by Jack Grealish.

4. Olivier Giroud-Chelsea

Olivier is a player that divides opinions. His quality, gifts, and techniques are obvious. Although he plays a very pivotal role for France national team, Giroud is among the most underrated player of all time.

3.Wilfried Zaha-Palace

Zaha is often criticized for his youthful attitude despite his redemptive form. He is one of the best dribblers in England. So much criticism has overshadowed a player whose work rate is unquestionable.

2.Riyad Mahrez- Manchester City

An explosive, dribbler, and shooter player who has been overshadowed by lack of playing time at City. Mahrez is very talented with instinct killer passes. He is underrated but when given a chance to prove his ability, he always impresses.

1.Gabriel Jesus-Manchester City

As a second-choice striker, Jesus has a very good eye for the goal. When he has the ball, the striker is technically gifted. He however doesn’t get the attention he deserves due to the depth of Guardiola’s team. He is perhaps the premier league’s most underrated player.
