Spurs officials travel to scout the ‘next Erling Haaland’ as striker scores hat-trick in front of them
Reportedly, Tottenham had dispatched scouts to observe the performance of Benjamin Sesko, the striker of RB Salzburg.
The 19-year-old is highly coveted and has already recorded 22 goals in 68 matches in the Austrian league.
As per 90min reports, scouts from a number of Premier League teams, including Manchester United, West Ham, Leicester, Wolves, and Leeds, as well as Inter Milan from Italy, were present to witness Sesko score a hat-trick in a 4-2 triumph.
The young striker’s outstanding performance helped RB Salzburg increase their lead at the top of the table.
RB Salzburg is known for developing and selling top-class players who have gone on to excel in Europe. Some of their famous players include Dayot Upamecano, Marcel Sabitzer, Sadio Mane, and Erling Haaland. It appears that Sesko is poised to follow in their footsteps.
