Ronaldo ‘could soon be United manager’ :Tim Sherwood
Former Tottenham manager Tim Sherwood has enraged Manchester United fans yet again, claiming that Cristiano Ronaldo was seen on the touchline against BSC Young Boys because he believes Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is a poor manager who will be replaced soon.
“I think it’s okay that Ronaldo is on the touchline, and Ole is going to have to accept it,” Sherwood told Ladbrokes.
“I’m not sure he’d be doing that with Jose Mourinho, mind you. It would be very different with him still in charge, but you’d also have to ask Ronaldo why he feels it’s necessary to stand up and give some instruction in the first place.
“We’ve seen him do it on the international stage, most recently at the Euros, barking out orders. That boy will be a manager, 100%. I would have a bet on him being Manchester United manager in 18 months.”

He went on to mention footage of Ronaldo instructing and guiding his teammates prior to the game, as well as the previously mentioned clips of him on the touchline in the Champions League.
Sherwood has previously criticized Solskjaer and appears to believe that he will continue to fail to win trophies at United.
What is the solution? Ronaldo has been named manager, with Carlos Quieroz as his deputy.
I don’t need to tell you how ridiculous this take is. Sherwood failed to achieve anything during his tenures at Tottenham and Aston Villa, and was fired from both positions unceremoniously.
Solskjaer is doing an excellent job at United, and Ronaldo has always been a leader wherever he has played. Solskjaer has allowed him to be vocal because having leaders on the field benefits the team, and it just feels like Sherwood trying to get another dig in at Ole
