Results by CIES Football Observatory indicate that the value of Arsenal’s most valuable player stands at 20% of the entire Arsenal team.

Gabonese Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is considered the star player in recent seasons at Arsenal but his age has seen him drop in his net value.

Bukayo Saka is Arsenal’s most valuable player. He has enjoyed an impressive season under Arteta. His tally for the Arsenal team stands at 8 goals and 13 assists for the team 58 appearances across all competitions.

His impressive form saw him being included in Southgate’s England squad ahead of the upcoming Euro 2020 competition.

CIES Football Observatory reports that the Bukayo Saka’s value is worth between £100m – £130m, a figure that is 20% of the entire squad. The entire ASrsenal squad value according to CIES Football Observatory stands between £500m and £650m.

Arteta, the Arsenal manager, has played the young Saka in almost every game. The player has at times come to the rescue of the team, underlining his importance in Mikel Arteta’s squad. 

The frequency of playing time more so on earlier stages of the season was an issue of concern to Arsenal fans. The former Arsenal player Ian Wright recently raised his concerns about the playing time that the coach had handed Saka during the early months of the season.
