Mykailo Mudryk makes an exciting promise to Chelsea fans
Mykhailo Mudryk, a winger for Chelsea, has assured fans that he will score his debut goal for the club soon. Mudryk, who is 22 years old, recently spoke to Zorya Londonsk and stated that he was relieved to have made a goal contribution by providing an assist.
However, he now aims to score a goal himself. Mudryk’s rare start in a match against Leicester City, following his signing in January, demonstrated his potential to enhance the team’s offensive capabilities when he is in good form.
Mudryk proved to be an ideal addition to Chelsea’s attacking lineup alongside Joao Felix and Kai Havertz. He was unlucky not to have scored his debut goal due to a close VAR decision.
Nonetheless, Mudryk did manage to contribute to a goal by providing an assist. He headed a cross back across the goal, which allowed Mateo Kovacic to score in a clever manner. The Ukrainian player has stated that he can perform in various positions in Chelsea’s forward line and is eager to score his first goal for the club.
Mudryk promises to score
He said: “Some games it is better that I play 9, some games it is better if I play from side, (first assist relief?) Yes, first goal will come soon”
During the international break, Mudryk was given a rare chance to begin a match in England, where he played against the Three Lions at Wembley.
Unfortunately, Mudryk’s performance during the match demonstrated that he still has a long way to go before he can be considered a dependable regular starter at Stamford Bridge.
Despite the excitement among Chelsea supporters when the club signed the high-profile player in January, there is still much room for improvement. However, fans remain optimistic that Mudryk will continue to develop throughout the season and that Graham Potter will provide him with opportunities to showcase his abilities in the upcoming weeks.
