“Me and my magic potion” – Erling Haaland comes up with hilarious social media post amid remarkable goal-scoring form
Erling Haaland, a forward for Manchester City, shared a post on his social media accounts in which he jokingly revealed the secret to his incredible goal-scoring form.
The Norwegian forward has been in generational form since joining the Cityzens for an initial fee of £51 million from Borussia Dortmund last summer. This season, he has scored 45 goals and provided six assists in only 39 games across all competitions.
Erling Haaland utilized social media on Thursday (April 13) to reveal his form’s secret. He captioned four photographs in which he appears to be holding two bottles of milk: “Milk.”

In his first season with Manchester City, Haaland has already broken numerous records.
He has scored the most goals in a single season by a Premier League player in all competitions (45). The former Borussia Dortmund player reached four hat-tricks in the league in the fewest number of games (19), surpassing Ruud van Nistelroy’s record.
The Norway international is currently in pursuit of the Premier League record for most goals scored in a single season. Alan Shearer (1994-95) and Andy Cole (1993-94) each scored 34 goals in a single season.
Haaland has scored 30 goals thus far and has nine remaining league games.
