Man Utd’s latest signing Casemiro sends Premier League warning to Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham

Casemiro, United’s newest signing for around £60 million, has already stated his intentions as to why he has moved to Old Trafford.

Erik ten Hag’s side has had a poor start to the season and have signed the Brazilian to compensate for a lack of quality options in the midfield due to the slow progress on the Frenkie de Jong deal.

Real Madrid initially refused to let the 30-year-old go, but the money on all fronts meant that Los Blancos got a good deal for a player who is now a bench option for Carlo Ancelotti.

Before kickoff against Liverpool, Casemiro was shown off in front of the Old Trafford crowd.

Earlier in the day, he gave his farewell press conference to Real Madrid, and one line in particular will pique the interest of Arsenal, Chelsea, and Tottenham fans.

“I want to win the Premier League with Manchester United,” he bravely said.

Casemiro began his career in Sao Paulo before moving to Real Madrid as a teenager in 2013, quickly establishing himself as a first-team regular and becoming a vital member of their squad.

Real president Florentino Perez also weighed in on Casemiro’s career decision, wishing him the best of luck at Manchester United, a “legendary club.”

Man United fans will now be hoping that Casemiro can have a similarly successful career with them in the coming years, so that he too leaves Old Trafford as a legend.
