According to reports,  Manchester United  manager Erik ten Hag is willing to sell Alex Telles during the summer transfer season after the Brazilian was involved in a training ground brawl.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer signed the Samba sensation from Porto two years ago. But he’s often struggled at Old Trafford, and with Tyrell Malacia on the way, a split appears to be on the cards.

Telles and Hannibal Mejbri were allegedly involved in a brawl at the club’s Carrington training site in May.

According to The Mirror, Ten Hag is anxious to impose himself on the dressing room and make it plain that breaches of discipline will not be allowed.

According to reports, the event at their facilities left team members’shocked,’ forcing Ralf Rangnick to depart the practise early despite his desire to see members of the squad develop.

Telles and Hannibal Mejbri were allegedly involved in a brawl at the club’s Carrington training site in May.

Players sought to keep the scene calm as Hannibal and Telles argued, despite their ten-year age difference.

Telles joined United from Porto in the summer transfer window of 2020, with Solskjaer insisting he’d be a tremendous hit.

But, regardless of the style of Luke Shaw’s performances, the 29-year-old has frequently blown hot and cold and struggled to break into the lineup ahead of him.

Telles was recently embroiled in an argument with Bruno Fernandes, which was captured on video and shared on social media.

Fernandes objected to the Brazil international and Fred filming footage for a ‘Day in the Life’  at Carrington.

Fernandes yelled at the couple to stop ‘being ballers,’ then yelled that they’re  ‘here to play football, not to film it’.

He also yelled at the camera team that was present, urging them to ‘film my (expletive).’

Hannibal has been a tenacious character in United’s limited history, earning accolades for his ruthless cameo in the club’s 4-0 loss to Liverpool in April.

Despite his temperamental issues, it appears United are willing to back the 19-year-old over Telles.

Telles’ time at the club is coming to an end, with Malacia set to move from Feyenoord for a cost of £13.5 million.

And he’s not the only player who could depart United, with the futures of seven other players in doubt.

Even if he wants to stay at Old Trafford, Eric Bailly is desired by Fulham and has been deemed surplus to needs.

Phil Jones, who has been hampered by injuries since joining from Blackburn Rovers in the summer transfer window of 2011, could be offloaded.

United are also willing to consider proposals for Axel Tuanzebe and Brandon Williams.

Crystal Palace are interested in Aaron Wan-Bissaka, but there are reports that Ten Hag is willing to grant him a pre-season loan to establish his worth.

Andreas Pereira and Anthony Martial, who spent last season on loan at Flamengo and Sevilla, respectively, are also facing unclear futures.
