According to the Spanish publication Defensa Central, Liverpool are preparing a massive contract offer worth €30 million per year in order to beat Real Madrid to Mbappe’s signature.
According to the same report, the Reds intend to push Real out of the race to sign Mbappe this summer.
The talented youngster has previously been linked with Liverpool and Real Madrid, and he appeared to be on his way out of Paris in the summer after informing the club of his desire to leave.
Madrid attempted to capitalize on the situation, but failed with a second bid for Mbappe worth €200 million (£171.7 million) on transfer deadline day, while a third offer from the Spanish club was reportedly rejected by PSG.
Erling Haaland
According to the report, Liverpool have received a boost in their reported pursuit of Erling Haaland, with one club allegedly dropping out of the race to sign the striker.
According to the report, the Reds are still one of four Premier League clubs interested in the Borussia Dortmund midfielder, but Real Madrid has “pulled out of the race.”
