Liverpool’s interest in Kovacic is noteworthy, as they require a major overhaul of their midfield. Additionally, the situation becomes more compelling as Klopp has previously complimented Kovacic in a distinct manner.
In a game between Chelsea and Liverpool some years ago, Klopp talked about the danger of facing Kovacic and described him as a player who possesses the speed of a Formula One car.
