The famous Portuguese source claim that Grujic could join the Dragons in an exchange agreement that would make Vieira move to Anfield.

CDM insist that the youngster’s current contract will expire in 2022 and he has refused to extend his stay at the club. So, his exit is getting closer and closer. The renowned Italian news source have not pronounced about the future of Milinkovic-Savic in detail but maintain that his agent, Mateja Kezman, could bring in a tremendous bid from Liverpool.

It is stated that the ex Chelsea striker could grant the Reds’ offer to Lazio president and owner Lotito.

The former Genk midfielder is one of the most important members of the Biancocelesti team and it would not be shocking to see new manager Maurizio Sarri do whatever he can to hold on to him.

More recently, as per a story covered by Il Messagero, Liverpool prepare a bid to hire the services of the Serbian international from Lazio in the summer transfer window.

Milinkovic-Savic would be a quality addition . His current deal will expire in 2024 and as per Calcio Mercato, he is valued at 80 million euros (£68million) by the Serie A side.

Liverpool make first move to sign €60m star; United yet to ‘take concrete steps’

Liverpool have enquired about the engagement situation of Cristian Romero, as per Sky Italia, who claim the Reds are daring Manchester United for his signature.

Calciomercato adds that Liverpool have ‘come forward’ but that the Old Trafford side has yet to ‘take concrete steps for Romero.’

This is a bit of a strange story given that Liverpool recently signed Ibrahima Konate from RB Leipzig and are set to have five senior centre-backs next season and certainly don’t need any more.

They say: “In addition to rumours of Manchester United interest (which has not made any official offer), Atalanta records Liverpool’s moves around Romero’s name: the Reds have asked for information on the Argentine’s contractual situation.

“No official offer has arrived at the moment – he is still owned by Juventus.”

This comes from Sky Germany. Journalist Max Bielefeld maintains Liverpool and Florian Neuhaus ‘definitely’ held talks.

“We can say: There was definitely an exchange between the Neuhaus side and the Reds,” said Bielefeld. “However, the whole thing is not yet concrete.”

This comes right after a couple of Sport1 journalists also declared that Liverpool and Jurgen Klopp wanted Neuhaus. Florian Plettenburg says the Reds want the player, with Patrick Berger saying they’re interested even without a release clause.

There really appears to be something in this, then.

Kylian Mbappe has suggested at an exit from Paris Saint-Germain as his deal slowly winds down and Liverpool must be ready to pounce.

Jurgen Klopp is a huge supporter of the former AS Monaco high-flyer and while signing him would demand Liverpool to demolish their wage structure, it could be worth it given his goalscoring prowess.

The player himself told France Football: “I have to make the right decision, which is difficult and give myself every chance to decide well.

“I am in a place where I like myself, feel good. But is it the best place for me? I don’t have the answer yet”.

Barcelona leapfrog Liverpool in race to sign Italian midfielder.

In a recent report, Mundo Deportivo has stated that Barcelona have leapfrogged Liverpool and Atletico Madrid in the race to sign AS Roma midfielder Lorenzo Pellegrini this summer.

It has been revealed that the Catalans have already attempted to secure the services of the Italian midfield expert in this off-season (via Mundo Deportivo).

Pellegrini is a fairly paced midfielder who is not shy of making some vigorous runs with the ball towards the opponent’s penalty area. He has a good football IQ that helps get into a few dangerous areas in the attacking third.
