Liverpool could offer Kingsley Coman a way out of Bayern Munich

According to Spanish outlet Fichajes (h/t Daily Star), Liverpool are contemplating making a swoop for Bayern Munich speedster Kingsley Coman, who is said to be unsettled at the club.

Coman has been with Bayern Munich since 2015, having initially joined on a two-year loan contract from Serie A champions Juventus. The Frenchman was signed permanently in 2017.

The 25-year-old French international is demanding a better contract from the German champions. But Die Roten are unwilling to meet his needs.

This could pave the way for a departure, with Liverpool now waiting in the wings. (h/t Daily Star)

Liverpool are prepared to make a bid worth 50 million euros to sign Cristian Romero

According to a report broadcasted by AS, Liverpool are ready to make a bid worth 50 million euros to sign the South American player, who was named the Defender of the Year by the Serie A for his top performances in the last campaign.

The 23-year-old, who is worth around £51.5million (Tutto Sport), made his debut for the senior national side in a World Cup qualification fixture earlier this month and currently, he is a member of the Argentina squad that is taking part in the Copa America in Brazil.

The Spanish news outlet have noticed that the 6-time European Cup winners faced severe problems at the back last season.

All their senior center backs were out injured and Klopp had to make stop-gap signings in the winter. To avoid such a situation in future, the Anfield club are willing to bring in Romero even after securing Konate.

Liverpool and Tottenham are reportedly prepared to trigger the €30 million release clause to sign Lorenzo Pellegrini

According to a report by Italian outlet Calciomercato, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur seem to be rising their efforts to sign Lorenzo Pellegrini in the summer transfer window.

The Premier League heavyweights are ready to trigger his €30 million release clause amid his talks over a new contract with AS Roma.

The interest from Liverpool is not baseless, as the Reds are in the market for a replacement for Georginio Wijnaldum.

Liverpool are ready to battle Manchester City for the signature Harry Kane

Liverpool are equipped to battle Manchester City for the signature of top striker Harry Kane even though the price for the frontman remains a big mystery.

Spanish publication Fichajes are reporting Liverpool’s affair in signing Harry Kane in this window. The report also hints the Reds are ready to take on Manchester City or any other rivals there are to be.

This news will enhance the battle for the Tottenham striker.

Whether Liverpool can stump up such a significant figure and lure Kane to Anfield remains a puzzle. As for Manchester City or even United, they can afford Kane. So, it remains to be seen whether the England captain ends up this summer.

Liverpool target Rodrigo De Paul close to Atletico Madrid move

According to Italian journalist Gianluigi Longari (h/t Daily Star), Argentine midfielder Rodrigo De Paul, who had been associated with a move to Liverpool, is set to sign for Atletico Madrid.

The 27-year-old Udinese midfielder had been associated with a switch to Liverpool this summer, as a possible replacement for Georginio Wijnaldum, who has left the club after his deal expired, signing for Paris Saint-Germain. (h/t Liverpool Echo)

De Paul enjoyed a fine 2020/21 season, ending with a return of nine goals and eleven assists from 38 games in all competitions.

Proficient at operating as a box-to-box midfielder or playing in a more advanced role, the 27-year-old has become a fundamental part of the Argentine national team as well, with 24 caps to his name.

Longari is publishing that De Paul has already agreed a five-year deal with the La Liga champions, with a €35m now on the verge of completion.

Liverpool chase Serbian starlet Dusan Vlahovic

According to Italian outlet TuttoSport (h/t The Mirror), Liverpool have opened talks with Fiorentina over a potential transfer for striker, Dusan Vlahovic.

However, they can anticipate to face some opposition for him. Serie A duo of AC Milan and Juventus is also in the running for him in the summer transfer window.

And a deal can be achieved with a fee in the region of £43million to £52million.

Vlahovic, who joined La Viola from Partizan Belgrade in 2018, has had a breakout season in Serie A. So we look at why signing him would be a wise move for Liverpool, who look to get back to winning trophies next season.

Liverpool are watching Alexander Isak closely as a long-term replacement for Roberto Firmino.

Liverpool are watching Alexander Isak closely with Noticias de Gipuzkoa reporting the Premier League titans see Real Sociedad’s Sweden striker as a long-term replacement for Roberto Firmino.

Isak is a highly talented and spontaneous number nine, blessed with superb footwork, speed and strength.

He’s not a bad finisher either. The one-time Dortmund youngster has found the net 33 times in two seasons at San Sebastian, comfortably outscoring Firmino during the same period.

Isak, who is understood to be estimated at £60 million, has already been associated with a move to Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal.

Klopp openly feels Isak would compliment Mo Salah and Sadio Mane nicely while providing the unforgiving end product Firmino is often accused of lacking.

Earlier this week, 21-year-old Isak insisted his “plan is to stay at Real Sociedad”.
