LeBron James and Stephen Curry are NBA-gifted players and also fan favorites. They offer one of the greatest competitive rivalries that have been witnessed in the last decade.
The two players have faced each other in four consecutive NBA finals with both encounters proving to be series of classic encounters to basketball fans all over the world.
At the last All-Star event, LeBron James chose Curry on his team where he got a taste of how it feels playing together in the same team. However, the two have never worn the same shirt nor played in the same team other than at the All-Star events.
Lebron, who plays for the Lakers is keen to have Curry join him in his Los Angeles Lakers team with the Lakers assessing the possibility of acquiring his services according to Brian Windhorst.
Reflecting on the weekend All-Star event, Brian Windhorst said: “The All-Star weekend became a place for players to recruit others,”
“Steph may be close to a contract extension, but LeBron began recruiting him at the All Star game.”
Curry’s contract with Golden State runs until June 2022 when he will be a free agent.
