Latest Arsenal-related transfer rumours: Lisandro Martinez latest, Youri Tielemans deal, Serge Gnabry Arsenal return Raphinha U-turn, Arthur Melo decision

Arsenal’s transfer window has begun with a bang.

The Gunners have already acquired seasoned goalkeeper Matt Turner, young Brazilian winger Marquinhos, and brilliant Portuguese playmaker Fabio Vieira, while Manchester City attacker Gabriel Jesus is close to striking a deal.

However, technical director Edu’s job is far from done, as a number of players are still being linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium.

SportsDias takes a deeper look at the most significant transfer rumours surrounding the north Londoners that have surfaced in the last 24 hours.

 Lisandro Martinez

Manchester United are planning a proposal for the Argentina international central defender, but Arsenal are determined to secure the 24-year-old and “are still pressing,” according to Fabrizio Romano.

The Sun reported earlier this week that Arsenal is willing to spend £35 million for Martinez, but Ajax is seeking £45 million in transfer costs.

Youri Tielemans

According to CBS reporter  Ben Jacobs, Arsenal has ‘reached personal terms’ with Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans.

However, according to a recent  GOAL report, Arsenal are “prepared to take a step back” in their pursuit of Tielemans as they go closer to completing deals for other players.

According to Jacobs, Arsenal have reached an agreement with Tielemans and may end up paying Leicester £32 million for his services, but have yet to make an official offer.

Gnabry interest

According to  90min, Arsenal is keeping an eye on the status of Bayern Munich winger Serge Gnabry.

The German international departed the north London club in quest of playing time in 2016, and he has since established himself as one of Europe’s most prolific wingers.

Raphinha

Raphinha has requested his agent Deco to put a stop to a move to Chelsea this summer, despite the Blues negotiating a deal with Leeds.

Arsenal is still highly connected with a bid for the Brazilian, although Barcelona appears to be in the running as well.

Arthur Melo

According to the Italian publication  Calciomercato, Juventus is aiming to relieve the strain on its wage structure by selling Arthur Melo.

The Brazilian was heavily linked to Arsenal in January, and they may be interested again this summer.
