John Terry sends Thomas Tuchel Chelsea FA Cup Semi-Final selection warning ahead of Crystal Palace clash
Chelsea legend John Terry has issued a selection caution to Blues manager Thomas Tuchel ahead of their FA Cup semi-final match against Crystal Palace.
The defending World and European Champions will face the Eagles for the third match this season on Sunday at Wembley Stadium.
Tuchel’s team is aiming to reach the competition’s final for the third time in a row, after losing the previous two to Arsenal and Leicester City.
Terry took to Twitter to give a warning to the German manager as he prepared his team for their match against the South Londoners.
“That is why you don’t rest or rotate your best players. Play your best and strongest team!”

Play your best and strongest team! 🧤
It comes after Liverpool knocked Manchester City out of the FA Cup on Saturday, with the latter’s goalkeeper Zack Steffen, who came in for the regular choice of Ederson, making a key blunder in the build-up to the Reds’ second goal.
This means that if Chelsea defeats Palace on Sunday, they will face Liverpool in the Wembley final for the second time this season, having also faced them in the Carabao Cup final earlier in the season.
Tuchel’s team has done well in the FA Cup thus far, defeating Chesterfield, Plymouth Argyle, Luton Town, and Middlesbrough on their route to the home of English football.
If they make it to the final, they will have won three trophies this season, having already won the Super Cup and the Club World Cup.
