Joao Felix sends message to Chelsea supporters ahead of the team’s Premier League match against West Ham

Joao Felix has sent a positive message to Chelsea supporters ahead of his return to the Premier League next month.

The Portuguese forward was dismissed on his debut against Fulham and will be available for selection on February 11 when Chelsea face West Ham.

Felix will be a welcome addition to Graham Potter’s squad the following month when he becomes available for selection after displaying promise prior to his dismissal.

The 23-year-old transferred from Atletico Madrid to Stamford Bridge after his relationship with manager Diego Simeone deteriorated.

Fans are excited about the possibility of him teaming up with Mykhailo Mudryk in the second half of the season, as his arrival is expected to improve Chelsea’s goal-scoring form.

Felix was unavailable for the victories against Crystal Palace and Liverpool as he continues to serve his three-match suspension. He will also miss next week’s Premier League match against Fulham.

The Portugal international has continued to train with the team throughout his suspension and is eager to play against West Ham United in two weeks.

Felix has sent a message to fans thanking them for their support as he prepares to rejoin Graham Potter’s matchday squad next month.

In an Instagram post, Felix wrote:  “It’s not about how it starts, it’s about how it ends. Back soon, blues blue heart emoji white heart emoji. Thanks for the support.”

Before joining Chelsea, the 23-year-old scored five goals in 21 appearances for Atletico.

Potter will be hoping that the Portuguese forward can help his team climb back up the Premier League standings, beginning with the London derby against West Ham.
