Jack Grealish fuels Manchester United transfer speculation with his latest activity.

Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish has fuelled suggestions he could be set to join Manchester United, ‘liking’ a fan’s despondent appeal on Twitter for him to make a move to Old Trafford in the season transfer window.
The Aston Villa captain has long been connected with United and is assumed to be on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s shortlist of big-name transfer targets, with the Norwegian in the market for attacking armies after yet another year without silverware in the northwest.
Reports this week suggest several members of United’s dressing room have been swept away by Grealish’s accomplishments in the Premier League this season and see the gifted 25-year-old as an ‘appealing signing’.
However, the Red Devils will have to knock out a tough race from ‘noisy neighbors’ Manchester City to get their guy, who are ready to make the midfielder the first-ever £100million player in English football.
Villa are in no rush to part with Grealish given his significant value to the team’s luck and will not contemplate selling their prized possession for anything less than a new British transfer record.
And while Grealish has remained tight-lipped and true to Villa until now, the England international released a big impression that he could be keen on leaving his boyhood club for the Theatre of Dreams on Friday night.

Responding to a highlights reel of a precocious Wayne Rooney at Euro 2004, Grealish tweeted:
‘Nah this is just crazy [crying laughing emoji] 18 you know at the euros [shocked face emoji].”

Grealish then ‘liked’ a reply from a United supporter which read: “Please join United [praying hands emoji].”

The Villa captain has since withdrawn his ‘like’ from the the post but speculation over his future is likely to rise on over the coming weeks and months, with the transfer window set to open on June 9.
Grealish was out of action for three with a shin injury towards the end of the term but backed his side to an 11th-placed finish in the Premier League, providing six goals and 10 assists.
Earlier this week, Paul Scholes asked United to bring in a quality ‘creative midfield player’ and recommended one of Grealish or Jadon Sancho would fit the bill well for his former club.
“I think we need someone who is a creative midfield player. Grealish or Sancho, one of them would be ideal,’ the legendary ex-United and England midfielder told the Webby and O’Neill YouTube channel.
“It would be great to have a left-footed centre back but I don’t think it’s needed, I don’t think we are desperate for that.
“I would like to see a centre-half come in next to Maguire. I think Lindelof is doing alright, I just think alright isn’t good enough to win a league.
‘Marquinhos from PSG, I think he’s be a brilliant centre-half next to Maguire but again you’re talking about a lot of money.”
