Jack Grealish executes the Champions League Final joke to Liverpool’s Jordan Henderson in front of Phil Foden.

It’s only been two and a half weeks after the completion of the club season, with Chelsea overcoming Manchester City in an all-English Champions League final in Porto.

The City players didn’t have too long to stay on the game as they were off to their national teams soon after, with the English company having to meet up with some of the Chelsea side who conquered them.

While all eyes are now on the Euros, it hasn’t ended Grealish taking a little dig at his younger Three Lions teammate Foden.

In a chat with Henderson, the Aston Villa forward questioned about wearing suits to the final and then joked “It’s annoying when they try and change it up for a final and you get beat,” with Foden in earshot.

The 21-year-old’s answer is eminent in the background as he sits with his mouth wide open before looking away.

Of course, City did ‘try and change it up’ in the final, with Pep Guardiola choosing to go for a different setup against Thomas Tuchel’s team.

The Chelsea manager, who only joined the Blues in January, had hammered City twice earlier in the season so Guardiola left both Fernandinho and Rodri, played top scorer Ilkay Gundogan in defensive midfield and brought in Raheem Sterling, who hadn’t played much in the late part of the season.

While Sterling may not have relished the end of his domestic season, he’s already relishing himself at the Euros, having scored the winner in England’s opener against Croatia last weekend.

Attention for the Three Lions players now shifts to Friday’s game against the ‘auld enemy’ Scotland, and the spotlight is once again on Foden.

The youngster had his hair colored similarly to Paul Gascoigne’s famous Euro 1996 cut and it also appears to have just been the 25th anniversary of Gazza’s brilliant goal at that tournament vs Scotland.

Foden has been likened to the former Tottenham Hotspur player but the 54-year-old isn’t too sure, insisting he was better than the youngster, even when he played drunk.
