Jack Grealish drops Man City transfer hint as he reveals his career ambitions.
Jack Grealish has suggested that his future lies away from hometown club Aston Villa by sharing his trophy ambitions.
The Villa skipper came through the club’s academy system but at the age of 25 is still yet to win a major award despite his outstanding talent.
Premier League victors and Champions League finalists Manchester City are reportedly interested on splashing £100million on the midfielder to bring him to the Etihad Stadium this summer.
Now Grealish has philandered with the idea of the transfer by hinting he wants to end his career with trophies, something which seems highly unlikely if he were to stay at Villa.
Speaking to the Sun, Grealish said: “My ultimate goal? It’s got to be a trophy hasn’t it. I want to win either the Champions League or a major trophy with England, the Euros or the World Cup.
“Obviously, the World Cup would be iconic wouldn’t it? But I think the Euros is just as good. And then at club level, to win a Champions League.
“My best mate here, Chilly, has come off the back of winning. But yeah, I’ve got to say one of them – winning the Champions League or winning the World Cup or the Euros. So fingers crossed.”

City would be title favorites once again by adding Grealish, who has been one of the league’s standout star over the past two seasons.
But the England talisman could also meet his desires for silverware at the international level as Gareth Southgate’s side look to trounce rivals Germany in the last-16 of the Euros on Tuesday.
Grealish had a great impact, setting up Raheem Sterling’s goal in the last match as England beat the Czech Republic 1-0.
