“He’s another player…” – Super-agent reveals Chelsea could make two big-name summer signings
Chelsea is yet to make any summer acquisitions.
The Blues, who were bought recently by American business billionaire Todd Boehly, are undergoing major restructuring behind the scenes, including guaranteeing director Marina Granovskaia’s long-term future.
🚨 Senior Premier League sources are expecting Marina Granovskaia to issue a rare formal statement in the near future regarding her position as Chelsea director 🔵

However, some new additions to the Londoners’ playing team are likely, particularly if the club agrees to loan Romelu Lukaku back to Inter Milan (Daily Mail).
Although other attackers have been linked, Manchester City and England winger Raheem Sterling has emerged as a feasible and realistic target for Boehly’s Blues.
Speaking in an exclusive interview about the chances of seeing Sterling depart the Etihad in favour of a switch to Stamford Bridge, super-agent and CaughtOffside columnist Jon Smith, said:
“One player I do think Chelsea could make something happen with is Manchester City’s, Raheem Sterling. It may not necessarily be this window, but certainly at some point in the future.”
Chelsea is likely to be looking for more than simply an attacker this summer.
After losing Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen on free transfers at the close of the season after failing to extend their contracts, the Blues will be looking to acquire at least one new defender.
Despite coming close to signing Jules Kounde from Sevilla last summer, the France international was forced to remain in La Liga after a deal fell through.
However, the 23-year-old could finally make his long-awaited move to London this summer.
“Sevilla’s Jules Kounde… He’s another player who is going to move and I won’t be surprised to see him finally end up at Chelsea this summer,” Smith added.
