Haaland leads attack, Ake start: Manchester City predicted 4-3-3 line up vs West Ham

Manchester City will face West Ham United at London Stadium on Sunday, hoping to take all three points in their away game.

The Sky Blues added attacking reinforcements to their attacking arsenal.

As a result, the Etihad Club will want to see the potential of their new signings as they begin the season with a win in East London.

Pep Guardiola will likely use a 4-3-3 formation and give Erling Haaland the responsibility of leading the charge in the final third.

4-3-3 Manchester City Predicted Lineup To Face West Ham United
Defence
Ederson will play in goal for Man City, hoping to keep a clean sheet throughout the game.

With Aymeric Laporte injured and John Stones out, Nathan Ake and Ruben Dias are expected to play at the heart of City’s defense as they look to collectively stop West Ham’s attack.

Joao Cancelo and Kyle Walker will start at left and right back, respectively, in the hope of stretching the opposition.

Midfield
Rodri, Bernardo Silva, and Kevin De Bryune will form Guardiola’s midfield trio, with the latter looking to penetrate the opposition’s backline.

Kalvin Phillips will provide cover from the bench, with the possibility of coming off in the second half to replace Rodri and make an impact if necessary.

Attack
Phil Foden is expected to play alongside Riyad Mahrez on the left and right wings, respectively, to provide attacking support.

Erling Haaland, who will lead the Sky Blues’ attack from the strike position, will bear the burden of finding the back of the net.

Jack Grealish and Julian Alvarez will provide cover from the bench, with the possibility of entering the game late on if the Mancunian giants require a goal.
