This summer is viewed as a significant summer for the Gunners after another missed effort to play in the Champions League.
They have also missed Europa League, and are out on Europe’s top club competition, and remain one of the most underperforming top six teams.
They have seen the counterparts of Leicester City and West Ham finish the season above them them on the Premier League table.
The Gunners will now look to reinforce their team when the transfer window reopens this summer.
They have already identified their transfer targets, but money is tight and they might have to sell some of their current squad members if they are earnest about improving their team.
One way the Gunners can raise some adequate funds to buy their targets is to sell some of their current players.

According to Football London, some of the stars whom the club can cash in on to earn around £70m have been identified.
The report names Granit Xhaka as the first on the list as AS Roma stays on the pursue of the Swiss midfielder.
It also named Lucas Torreira who has sunk to imprint on loan at Atletico Madrid but wants an exit from Emirates.
Matteo Guendouzi is also touted to leave Arsenal after returning from his loan spell in Germany with Hertha Berlin.
The Gunners could also cash in on Eddie Nketiah with the striker anticipated to leave ahead of beginning the last year of his current contract at the Emirates.
