Erling Haaland’s dad reacts as Jadon Sancho’s move to Manchester United is finally confirmed.
Erling Haaland’s father has reacted to the release of Jadon Sancho’s imminent transfer to Manchester United.
It was revealed on Wednesday evening that a settlement between United and Borussia Dortmund had been agreed in principle.
Sancho will cost up to £73 million and he’ll sign a deal until 2026 – something Alf-Inge Haaland is frustrated about.
His son Erling and Sancho have formed a great understanding on and off the pitch over the last 18 months.
Alf-Inge posted on Twitter: “F**k. But all the best Sancho you will be missed.”

The 21-year-old will have his medical once England’s Euro 2020 campaign has reached its completion.
Haaland has also been associated with a move away from Dortmund this summer.
Last season saw Dortmund finish third in the Bundesliga and win the DFB-Pokal.

Haaland and Sancho always took interviews together and one came after a 4-0 win over Schalke in February.
The Norwegian scored an incredible bicycle kick which was assisted by Sancho and both men couldn’t hold their excitement in.
He explained: “I think it’s one of my better goals, yes. I think in the Bundesliga it’s my best goal.
“It was a nice goal and me and Jadon, we keep finding each other. We have to keep it up and it’s a pleasure playing with this guy so it is what it is.”
Sancho then added: “When I looked up I saw Erling in some space and it was strange for me to see Erling alone.
“I know what he can do on the pitch so I just lifted it up in the air and he’s done the rest. Crazy!”
The duo’s friendship was obvious during England’s 2-0 triumph over Germany on Tuesday evening.
Haaland called for the introduction of Sancho while the game was locked at 0-0 in the second half.
United have also been involved in Haaland in the past and reportedly even held discussions prior to the Euros.
The Sun’s report affirms the forward would prefer to join Spanish giants Real Madrid instead.
