Cristiano Ronaldo deal, Neymar signs: Thomas Tuchel’s dream Chelsea squad with £93m transfer plan

With Chelsea struggling in front of goal last season, Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar might be the finishing pieces to Thomas Tuchel’s puzzle.

The Manchester United striker and Paris Saint-Germain winger have both been widely linked with moves away from their respective clubs, piqued Todd Boehly’s attention ahead of a potential ‘a-list’ summer.

According to the MailOnline, the group formed by the American billionaire, who agreed to a £4.25 billion agreement to buy the west London club in May, is likely to ‘push for A-list additions’ to usher in a new era at Stamford Bridge.

The new ownership group is eager to bolster the Blues’ arsenal, and The Telegraph reports that following player sales, Tuchel will have £200 million to bolster his squad.

According to The Times, the Portugal international has requested United to accept his decision to quit the club if a’satisfactory offer’ comes through.

Ronaldo’s decision is thought to be motivated by his desire to play in the Champions League this season, with Erik ten Hag likely to lead United into the Europa League.

And, with Chelsea apparently interested in signing the striker, Todd Bohely may have gotten a jump start by meeting with super-agent Jorge Mendes in Portugal to discuss the player’s future.

According to the source, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner, who is reputedly worth roughly £17 million, has already been offered to Bayern Munich, but the German giants have rejected the offer.

Meanwhile, according to Sky Sports and Spanish newspaper  AS, PSG is planning to sell Neymar this summer as part of a renovation at Les Parc des Princes.

According to the source, the French giants are willing to accept a loss on the world-record amount they paid Barcelona in 2017.

This summer, Neymar could be sold for as little as £76 million, leaving the Parisians with a staggering £122 million loss. However, the reported fee is regarded to be a starting point for club president Nasser Al-negotiations. Khelaifi’s

As a result, if multiple clubs throw their hats in the ring, the price for the 30-year-old could rise. So, with Ronaldo and Neymar said to be on Chelsea’s radar,  SportsDias  examined how Tuchel’s dream team could look next season…

3-4-3

Since Tuchel took over at Stamford Bridge, the 3-4-3 formation has been synonymous. The Blues would obviously represent a greater threat with Ronaldo and Neymar in the lineup, however some of Chelsea’s intended pressuring would be lost.

4-3-3

Ronaldo and Neymar have both thrived in a 4-3-3 setup. While the Portuguese star could play a larger part on the team sheet, like he did at Real Madrid under Zinedine Zidane, he will have to make room for the Brazilian.

3-4-1-2

Tuchel tried and tested this formation multiple times at Chelsea last season.

Mount has loved the number ten role, which is comparable to the 3-4-3, giving the German manager a problem.
