Arsenal could swap Granit Xhaka in exchange for a ‘complete player.’

According to Gazzetta Dello Sport, Roma could give winger Cengiz Under to Arsenal in an agreement for Granit Xhaka.
New Roma manager Jose Mourinho is intent to bring Xhaka to the Italian capital, but striking an agreement hasn’t been smooth so far.
Roma offered €13million (£11million), but that’s some way low of Arsenal’s €20million (£17million) asking price.
The Serie A team are examining other avenues, and after floating the intention of giving Amadou Diawara to Arsenal, they’re now contemplating Under.
Under’s name has ostensibly been considered ‘in the last few hours’, and it’s now up for Arsenal to choose whether or not they want him.
The 23-year-old spent this past summer on loan at Leicester City, but started just one Premier League match and managed only 275 minutes of league action.

Brendan Rodgers didn’t fancy Under and the Foxes won’t sign him lastingly, but he was stamped a ‘complete’ player by Francesco Totti just last year.
Maybe Arsenal think they can get Under back on course, but with other left-footed wingers like Nicolas Pepe and Bukayo Saka in the ranks, Under may not really be a preference for the Gunners.

Arsenal continues to reconstruct and it appears everyone has a price in their squad at the moment.
Despite his value to the team, the Gunners have rated him at 20m euros as they look to reinforce their own transfer kitty.
Selling Xhaka suggests Arsenal will add a new central midfielder to their squad and that could see them make a move for Brighton’s Yves Bissouma.
