The lack of quality according to Carragher can be solved by a centre forward rather than a right-winger. Jamie admits that although United need a right-winger, they need a centre forward more. He believes if Red Devils had Rashford on the left with Greenwood on the right combining with a new quality centre forward, then the issue of quality would be solved.
Mark Hughes, a former Manchester United striker also believes none of the forward players at his former club has shown enough desire. He believes his former team has got top quality players at the top end of the pitch but he is on the opinion that they needed to have gotten someone like Edison Cavani five years ago when he was on top of his game. He
however, was quick to admit Cavani’s outstanding performance but says Manchester United got Cavani at the wrong time.
